Gridhawk Security is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to drive sales of armed response contracts. If you’re passionate about security sales, excel at building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team! We offer a competitive basic salary plus commission structure.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Security Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our comprehensive security solutions, including surveillance systems, access control, and alarm systems. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the security industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Drive sales and meet targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored security solutions to meet their needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest security technologies and trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
- Market Expansion: Identify new markets and potential clients to expand the companys reach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security industry.
- Strong understanding of security systems and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills and Competencies:
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
