About the Role
The Project Engineer is a senior technical role that oversees the execution of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives. As a key member of our project team, you will manage mechanical and piping deliverables, coordinate with various stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration to drive successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain technical integrity, scope definition, and quality standards across design, procurement, and construction
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams, providing technical guidance and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company standards
- Manage supplier and contractor interfaces and foster long-term service provider relationships
- Monitor progress and proactively address issues to support project delivery
Requirements
- National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 years’ experience in project engineering for process plants (studies, basic and detailed engineering)
- 3 years’ engineering design experience in process plant construction
- Fluent in English
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
