About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Stock Controller to join our team in Graskop. The successful candidate will have previous experience in stock or inventory management, preferably in a lodge, hotel, or hospitality environment, and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and control stock levels
Conduct regular stock counts and audits
Implement effective stock control systems to minimize waste and maximize profitability
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene practices at all times

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Hospitality (advantageous but not mandatory)
2 years of experience in stock or inventory management
Experience with stock control systems or inventory software
Basic computer literacy
Valid driver’s license (will be advantageous)
