We are seeking an experienced Senior Farm Manager to join our team in managing the Beef and Cropping operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of farm management, including staff supervision, crop production, livestock care, and equipment maintenance.Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Beef and Cropping departments
• Supervise farm staff and provide training as needed
• Develop and implement farm plans and budgets
• Monitor crop production and livestock health
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
