We are looking for Senior and Junior Residential construction Site Foreman. Junior: 3+ years` experience / Senior: 5+ years` experience. Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at a Residential construction site. Your solid background in Residential construction coupled with your hands on approach and your leadership skills will be required. Proven experience as residential construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to communicate and report effectively Problem-solving abilities Good physical condition and stamina Good all-round experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, building etc.Experience in working as a foreman on a residential estatePosition is based in Broederstroom, Hartbeespoort. Residing in or close by to Broederstroom is essential.
