Job Summary
Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary: TBC
Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily financial reconciliations and end-of-day cash-ups
- Capturing supplier invoices and reconciling accounts
- Monitoring and responding to emails
- Supporting supervisors with operational admin
- Assisting with stock takes and managing supporting paperwork
- Liaising with customers and ensuring smooth communication
What we’re looking for:
- A strong background in admin, particularly with financial tasks
- Grade 12 (Matric) and understanding of basic accounting concepts
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English
- A team player who works well independently and follows through
- Own transport is essential
