We are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen and Coffee Shop Manager to oversee all aspects of our kitchen, dining room, coffee shop.

Responsibilities:

Kitchen Management:- Plan, direct, and supervise food preparation and culinary activities, manage food costs.- Develop and maintain standard recipes to ensure consistent quality.Stock Management- Order and maintain inventory levels, weekly stock takesStaff Supervision and Training:- Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff.- Payroll and rosters, ensure staffing levels are maintainedCustomer Accounts Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.- Deal with feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.Function and Event Coordination:- Plan and execute catering for functions and events. Dcor with Client Quality Control:- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Chef or Catering Manager – Strong leadership and managerial skills.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Solid understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.- Knowledge of OHS- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is a plus.Must have own transport and live in Hermanus AreaDONT APPLY IF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENT ARE NOT MET!!
