Role:  Structural Engineer
Location:  Hermanus, Western Cape
Salary:  TBC

What you’ll do:

• Design and review structural plans for residential projects.
• Lead project meetings with architects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Make technical decisions and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed correctly.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards.

What you need:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• At least 3–5 years’ experience in the construction industry (residential preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Prokon, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Confidence in decision-making and stakeholder communication.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle (company vehicle provided for site visits).
