What You’ll Do:
- Wine Tastings: You’ll lead immersive and memorable wine tastings, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and excited to return.
- Sales & Customer Service: You’ll manage wine sales using a POS system, handling each transaction with care and precision.
- Team Leadership: You’ll supervise 1-2 staff members, fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and growth.
- Marketing & E-commerce: Your attention to detail will shine as you handle marketing-related administrative tasks and manage our e-commerce website.
- Stock Management: You’ll ensure that our tasting room runs smoothly by assisting with stock control and keeping everything organized.
What We’re Looking For:
- A background in marketing with excellent attention to detail.
- Some event experience would be a plus.
- You’re excited to work in an outdoor environment, regardless of the weather, and appreciate the beauty of the surroundings.
- You’re ready to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons.
- You have a natural ability to connect with people and create an inviting atmosphere.
