This role is pivotal in delivering 5-star guest experiences and ensuring the tasting room operates efficiently and successfully. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a welcoming and smooth-running tasting room that provides guests with unforgettable experiences.
• Ensure the highest quality of service to maintain 5-star guest satisfaction.
• Oversee all tasting room operations and ensure their efficiency.
• Develop innovative ideas to drive the growth and success of the tasting room.
• Process daily sales and manage shipping orders.
• Schedule and manage wine tastings and private bookings.
• Organise and execute events to promote the brand and its wines.
• Address guest experience issues courteously and professionally.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to the overall success of the estate.

• A hands-on, proactive individual who thrives in a small team environment.
• Pragmatic, optimistic, and solution-oriented with the ability to tackle challenges effectively.
• Energetic, well-spoken, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
• Secondary education is required; additional qualifications in hospitality or related fields are a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Understanding that adaptability is key in the hospitality industry.

Location: Hermanus.

Employment Type: Full-Time, office based.

R20 000-R25 000 CTC per month.
