Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor administration policies and procedures.
- Manage stock receipts, transfers, and controls to ensure accuracy, including direct management of merchandisers.
- Procure retail stock promptly at optimal prices, maintaining correct inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and dead stock.
- Supervise all cashiering activities, including direct oversight of the cashier supervisor.
- Liaise with the site manager and directors to ensure clear, transparent, and timely communication and reporting.
- Coordinate with the accounting officer on matters related to administration, wages, debtors, and stock.
- Provide reports and information according to daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly deadlines.

- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
