About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and being at the heart of daily operations. Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to become a key part of their business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales orders and customer invoices
Process purchase orders, supplier invoices (with POs), and GRNs
Conduct stock control, perpetuals, adjustments, and inventory reports
Create manufacturing documents, transfer docs, and production plans (quarterly)
Maintain pricelists and respond to general customer queries
Manage Purchase Order (PO) and credit request forms
Generate Stock and Inventory Report (UT), Swan Priority List, and Stock on Hand lists
Capture template-based supplier invoices
Resolve faults and leads via Microsoft Forms (Unitwist & Meissen)
Manage WhatsApp lines and internal workflows
Create lists and workflows in Microsoft Teams

Requirements

Strong Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Stock, inventory, or operations experience is an advantage
Comfortable working with documents such as invoices, purchase orders, GRNs, and reports
Confident using Microsoft tools (Teams, Forms)
