About the Role

The Unspecified Employer is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join their team based in Hluhluwe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Southern and East African travel logistics, with a focus on luxury, safari, or tailor-made travel. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional service to our clients while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide tailored travel solutions
• Quote and issue flights and transfers for domestic and international travel
• Utilize airline fare structures and routing logic to optimize travel arrangements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Maintain accurate records and reports for clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 35 years experience as a Travel Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Southern and East African travel logistics
• Proven experience quoting and issuing flights and transfers
• Familiarity with airline fare structures and routing logic
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (if applicable)
