About the Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager Couple to oversee the daily operations of three Luxury 5* Bush properties in Hoedspruit, Limpopo. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction, while also managing budgets, financial performance, and expenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of 3 Luxury 5* Bush properties
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction
- Coordinate and supervise staff members in various departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector
- Thorough understanding of lodge operations and guest services
Qualifications
- A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (advantageous)
