About the Role
The Hotazel Electrical Site Supervisor will oversee on-site activities and personnel, deliver site services in accordance with prescribed contract outcomes, and ensure Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) compliance. The ideal candidate will have relevant technical qualifications, supervisory experience, and a strong understanding of mine planning and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision of on-site activities and personnel
- Delivery of site services in terms of prescribed contract outcome
- Health and Safety compliance
- Resolve day-to-day technical and operational issues
- Availability and up-time of the Solution
- Monitoring of Optimizer Lite equipment to ensure functionality
- Management and tracking of inspection and preventative maintenance schedules
- Management of Work Orders and Field tasks for Optimizer Lite
- Fuel management system outcomes and dependencies
- Review and track the fuelling operation performance via the reporting Dashboard
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
- Relevant Technical Qualification (e.g., N3N6, Trade Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mining Engineering)
- Supervisory/Leadership Training
- First-Line Supervision or Team Leadership Certificate
- Health and Safety Certification e.g., SAMTRAC, NOSA, First Aid, Firefighting, or HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment)
Qualifications
- Completed Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
