Job Summary
Requirements:
National Senior Certificate Diploma in Training/Development Practices Assessor, Facilitator, and Moderator certifications Strong training & development expertise Knowledge of Codes of Practice (COPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Proficiency in Microsoft Office & digital recordkeeping Strong communication & mentorship abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Valid driver’s license 8 years of experience in the open cast mining industry Key
Responsibilities:
Training Facilitation – Conduct training sessions to upskill employees and ensure competency in site operations Mentorship – Provide hands-on guidance and coaching to mentees, aligning with company training requirements Assessments – Evaluate mentees` progress, track key performance indicators (KPAs), and revise training plans based on skill gaps Administration & Record Keeping – Maintain training records, compile reports, and document employee development
