Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Lease Administration:
- Maintain and update lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Track important lease dates, such as rent reviews, expirations, and escalations.
- Ensure lease compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and legal teams for lease negotiations.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning, budgeting, and tracking real estate and facility projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and updates.
Financial & Administrative Support:
- Process lease payments, security deposits, and rent escalations.
- Reconcile accounts related to lease agreements and project expenses.
- Prepare and maintain reports on lease performance, occupancy, and project budgets.
- Organize and maintain records of contracts, invoices, and compliance documents.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements for leases and projects.
- Assist in resolving lease disputes and property-related issues.
- Conduct periodic reviews of lease and project contracts.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in lease administration, property management, or project coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and property management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle financial data accurately.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
