Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Howick, who has experience with Star diagnostic systems and is able to work efficiently in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be prepared to conduct roadside and infield breakdown assistance, and hold a valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines using Star diagnostic tools
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets
- Provide roadside and infield breakdown assistance for drivers
- Manage inventory and order parts as needed
Requirements
- Experience with Star diagnostic systems
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be willing to conduct roadside and infield breakdown assistance
