This key leadership role is responsible for the full operational management of the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences, financial sustainability, and the continued development of a passionate and professional team. The successful candidate will act as brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of service excellence while maintaining a strong focus on revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. The position would suit a highly driven and polished hospitality professional with a strong background in Rooms and Food & Beverage operations and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. Requirements · Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel management within an ultra-luxury hospitality environment, with at least 3 years at executive management level · A relevant degree or diploma · Financial acumen and operational expertise across all departments and must have exceptional F&B and Rooms Division experience & knowledge. · Sound understanding of budgets, forecasting, and revenue management · Strong leadership and team management skills · Excellent guest service orientation with a genuine passion for hospitality · A passion for delivering exceptional experiences and maintaining brand integrity · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Opera, and Micros · Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required · Stable and progressive employment history and contactable references.
