Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the full export logistics process, ensuring the smooth and compliant movement of vehicles from the port to bonded warehouses and into international markets.
This role is critical in supporting international sales through efficient, cost-effective, and well-managed export operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all vehicle movements from the port to bonded warehouses and export markets
Coordinate movement into and out of bonded warehouses
Resolve logistical challenges, delays, and disruptions proactively
Liaise daily with transport and movement companies to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries
Reconcile, process, and file Proof of Delivery (PODs)
Provide accurate delivery feedback and updates to the export sales team
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and export requirements
Manage accidents and incident reporting
Oversee fuel usage and ensure correct fuel allocation per route
Maintain accurate movement and logistics records
Prepare and present logistics and movement reports
Handle cross-border and export documentation
Support export deals and assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics
2–5 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience within the automotive industry or logistics companies
Strong understanding of Incoterms and country-specific export requirements
Ability to read and write in English
