Job Summary

Experience and Skills: Matric/Grade 12 – essential. 2 Years experience in a similar position. Computer literacy: Intermediate Excel, Accounting software (Forward – advantageous) Higher certificate or tertiary qualification in Finance/Bookkeeping (advantageous) Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize. Strong administration, analytical and problem-solving skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare account reconciliations in respect of creditor statements & payments. Prepare order analysis and authorisation. Record creditors invoices to the correct expense account & cost centres. Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting. Communication with suppliers and stores re status of payments.
