Hennopspark, Centurion: CONTROL ROOM MANAGER Minimum Requirements: -Professional and reliable Afrikaans speaking male, preferably aged approximately 35 – 45 years -Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base, fluent in both a must) -PSIRA registered a must, preferably Grade A -Minimum 1 year recent experience as a Manager in a Control Room/Call Centre environment a must (Non negotiable key requirement) -Management experience in security industry highly preferred -Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport -Computer literate in MS Office and Listener software compulsory -Clear Criminal Record -Good and clear communication skills -Good interpersonal and relationship management skills -Able to prioritize work and urgent matters, and able to function independently and to take responsibility -Must be able to work under pressure, with good problem-solving skills -Residing within 30km from Centurion -Stable employment record and contactable References -To start as soon as possible Duties: -Control room management duties for Security company -Effectively manage all equipment in the control room -Effectively manage control room personnel and handle client complaints -Administration for example leave forms, rosters, etc. -Assist with training and recruitment of control room personnel Salary: R 18 000.00 – R 21 000.00 gross maximum E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF format (Not as a link) to oneilc@telkomsa.net and indicate the following: – Reference CR2733; and – Your monthly gross salary expectation in context with offered amount.
