Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee daily operations at our KCarrim branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining stock control, and ensuring the branch runs efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch.
Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
Ensure strong customer relationships through excellent service and problem resolution.
Manage stock levels, inventory control, and supplier coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
Handle cash flow, banking, and financial reporting for the branch.
Monitor expenses, budgets, and profitability.
Train and develop staff to align with company standards and values.
Report regularly to senior management on branch performance.

Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar role (preferably in hardware, retail, or building materials).
Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze financial data, sales reports, and KPIs.
Solid knowledge of retail operations, stock management, and customer service principles.
Computer literate (POS, MS Office, and retail management systems).
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in retail management (hardware industry experience highly advantageous).
Diploma or degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field.
