Job Description: Social Media Content Creator
Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging content across all social media platforms, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, growing our online presence, and connecting with our audience in a meaningful way.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, create, and publish high-quality content (photos, videos, graphics, captions, and stories) tailored to each social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage the day-to-day handling of social media channels, ensuring brand consistency.
Monitor trends, viral content, and platform updates to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and campaigns.
Write compelling and creative captions, copy, and scripts.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow the community.
Track and analyze performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter).
Excellent photography, videography, and editing skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut is a plus).
Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form content.
Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and design.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
Previous experience in brand marketing, retail, or influencer collaborations is an advantage.
