This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, switched on, and looking to build a long-term career within the logistics and transport sector. About the Role As Logistics Administrator, you will support the Johannesburg branch with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The role includes invoicing, handling customer documentation, assisting with customs paperwork, managing petty cash, and liaising with the Namibia office. This position is ideal for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with invoicing and basic financial administration Follow up on outstanding customer documentation Handle customs-related paperwork and supporting admin Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records Liaise with the Namibia office regarding operational and administrative matters Support day-to-day branch administration and logistics coordination Maintain organised filing and document management systems Assist with general operational support where required What You’ll Bring Strong administrative and organisational skills Good communication and interpersonal ability Willingness to learn and grow within the logistics industry Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in a busy operational environment Basic computer literacy and confidence using office systems Nice to Have Previous logistics or transport administration experience Exposure to customs or freight documentation Experience using Parcel Perfect or other logistics software Experience handling invoicing or petty cash administration What’s On Offer Opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a growing logistics business Exposure to cross-border logistics operations between South Africa and Namibia Supportive environment with learning and growth opportunities Salary aligned to logistics administration experience Company Culture This is a practical, hands-on business that values reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
