About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Independent Retail Leasing Broker to join their Johannesburg team. As a key player in driving new business development, you will connect top brands with ideal spaces, leveraging cold calling, networking, and on-the-ground site visits to secure deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development through cold calling, networking, and on-the-ground site visits
- Act as the key link between landlords, tenants, and co-brokers
- Manage the full leasing lifecycle from lead generation to signed deals
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on HubSpot CRM
Requirements
- 25 years experience in real estate (retail leasing in Gauteng is a strong advantage)
- Valid FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate) or eligibility to obtain one
- A true hunter mindset, driven, independent, and results-focused
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of key Johannesburg retail nodes (Sandton, Rosebank, Braamfontein, etc.)
