Finance Administrator – Big 4 Game Reserve
We are looking for a Finance Administrator to manage financial transactions and support administrative operations in a fast-paced, luxury game reserve setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in Xero.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records, including accounts payable, receivables, and bank reconciliations.
Process invoices, payments, and assist with payroll compliance (VAT, PAYE, UIF).
Generate financial reports, budgets, and track cost control measures.
Ensure statutory compliance and liaise with auditors and financial institutions.
Support access control, registration processes, and assist operational and administrative managers.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of bookkeeping experience.
Xero proficiency (essential) & strong knowledge of VAT and payroll.
Excellent accuracy, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment.
