Job Description

We are a growing insurance brokerage seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our advisory and operational teams. The role is well-suited to someone who is organised, efficient, and comfortable working in a professional financial services environment. Key Responsibilities: • General administrative support to advisors and management • Managing client documentation and policy records • Liaising with insurers and service providers • Assisting with quotes, applications, and policy processing • Handling email correspondence and basic client queries • Maintaining accurate filing systems (digital and physical) • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and deadlines Key Requirements: • Previous administrative experience (insurance or financial services advantageous) • Strong organisational and time-management skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Good written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude What We Offer: • Supportive and professional working environment • Opportunity to gain experience within the insurance industry • Competitive remuneration based on experience
