About the Role

Esteem Recruitment is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our client in Mobeni, who will be responsible for collaborating effectively across functions within Group and in-country teams to support the implementation of the Group’s Marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete management of the department by mapping out daily tasks, projects and social media.
  • Develop and manage an entire marketing plan.
  • Planning and executing of all promotions and exhibitions with co-ordination between suppliers, network and sales force.
  • Recruitment and Management of Instore promoters.
  • Looking for new marketing opportunities and always being ahead of the industry.

Requirements

  • Proactive and independent, with high levels of initiative, and a proven track record in delivering high quality, detailed and accurate work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a pressured, deadline driven environment
  • Enjoy collaborating with others.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in working as an effective team player in a dynamic team environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively into all areas of operation.
