Job Summary
Our client in the financial services is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Agency Transaction Manager to join their team. This role involves managing the full transaction lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations while adhering to legal, regulatory, and operational requirements. Key
Responsibilities:
Transaction Setup: Ensure transactions are processed efficiently in the client`s systems with minimal manual input. Document Management: Review and manage finance documents and set up all facilities on the client`s system (ACBS). Account Management: Open and manage Project Accounts as per agreements and ensure correct access for clients. Deal Handover: Prepare deal summaries and ensure a smooth handover to the Loans Admin team. Facility Utilization: Oversee facility utilization, ensure compliance with KYC, and process payments on time. Deal Amendments: Manage changes, waivers, extensions, and refinances with stakeholders. Ongoing Deal Management: Ensure facility limits and maturity dates are correct and manage deal covenants. Stakeholder Coordination: Arrange meetings, handle early repayments, and ensure the return of security upon repayment. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain records. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to special projects and support team development. Key Performance Metrics: Efficient deal management within the company`s operating capabilities. Successful recovery of agency fees. Minimization of governance issues and operational risks. Required Skills and Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree in Commerce, Business Science, or a related field. Experience with financial transactions and systems (ACBS, Debt Domain). Strong Communication Skills for coordinating with internal and external teams. Attention to Detail to ensure accurate processing and compliance. Problem-Solving Skills for resolving transaction issues. Leadership Experience in managing teams and collaborating across departments.
