About the Role
We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes, automate workflows, and integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with practical problem-solving abilities to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and automation solutions across the organisation.
- Build and optimise data pipelines, APIs, and integrations to support AI workloads.
- Implement AI capabilities using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and other enterprise AI tools. Integrate AI solutions within Dynamics 365 (D365) and other core business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities, translate requirements, and deliver effective solutions.
- Evaluate and incorporate third-party or open-source AI technologies were beneficial.
- Ensure all AI implementations meet governance, compliance, and security standards.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI architecture, machine learning concepts, and data integration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI platforms and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for business process optimisation.
- Knowledge of third-party AI solutions, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or equivalent languages used for AI and automation.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated capability to deliver high-quality AI solutions with measurable impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience with data integration and ETL tools.
Salary & Benefits
The cost to company is up to R1mil CTC, negotiable on experience and ability.
