About the Role

Join our team at Hire Resolve as a Professional Construction Manager. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and timelines.
  • Review construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Oversee onsite construction activities to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project plans.
  • Manage and resolve any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare progress reports and present project updates to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager, with a track record of successfully completed projects.
  • Registered Construction Manager with SACPCMP.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Certifications or professional affiliations in construction management are a plus.
