About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. As an Analyst, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and help design and implement technology-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, workflows, and pain points. Document and analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, gather functional requirements, and translate them into clear and actionable technical specifications.
- Solution Design & Implementation Support: Work alongside development teams to ensure solutions align with business needs. Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and software.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business data to derive actionable insights. Create reports and dashboards to present findings using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Project Coordination: Provide support for project management activities, ensuring the timely delivery of client solutions. Assist with resource planning, task tracking, and ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables. Provide training and support during and after the implementation phase.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 2+ years in business analysis or IT consulting, with exposure to both business process analysis and technology implementation.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Java, C#, or other programming languages.
- Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure) is beneficial.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data analysis tools.
Qualifications
- Agile Experience: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to liaise with both technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex requirements into clear and actionable solutions.
