Job Description
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a proactive and detailoriented Service Delivery Administrator to join their Service Delivery team. This role is crucial in managing the endtoend process from order placement to successful installation and network connection. As the “eagle in the sky,” you will oversee the entire service delivery process, ensuring efficiency, adherence to SLAs, and a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service that fosters strong relationships and brand loyalty.

Oversee the complete service delivery process, from order placement to installation, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Coordinate with internal teams and thirdparty partners to guarantee smooth operations and highquality service.

Manage the delivery network to ensure prompt, reliable, and SLAcompliant service.

Monitor and document all processes, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
