Requirements:

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred). 7 years of experience in IT operations, application management, or a similar role. 3 years of experience in a leadership or management position. Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, PMP, or equivalent frameworks are a plus. Experience with third-party applications, SaaS, PaaS, and related technologies.
