Youll provide hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Early morning system checks and daily application support Resolving support tickets and escalating where needed Providing top-tier customer service via phone and remote support Requirements: IT-related Degree/Diploma 3 years experience with DMS applications (Autoline, Automate, Drive, Evolve, etc.) Experience in the motor industry is a big plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel skills Experience in a support desk environment Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills A positive attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure Apply now!
