They are on the hunt for a skilled Beauty Buyer with at least 5 years of experience in the industry, ideally with a proven track record in sourcing beauty products from China.As the Beauty Buyer you will be responsible for: – Planning and executing category campaigns, managing margins, and ensuring all product details are accurate and aligned with their strategy.- Leading new product development, including market analysis, competitive research, and full-cycle product development oversight.- Conducting monthly performance analyses and collaborating with teams to align stock with sales forecasts.- Building strong supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining quality standards.- Managing inventory to optimize stock levels and implementing strategies to reduce excess stock.- Overseeing budgets, ensuring financial compliance, and delivering on key profitability metrics.
