About the Role
PBT Group is seeking an experienced BI Analyst/Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality business intelligence solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate reporting and analytical requirements into impactful, scalable Power BI dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements, KPIs, and decision-making needs
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and BI solutions
- Build strong professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Analyse and interpret data to deliver meaningful insights aligned to business objectives
- Apply best-practice BI and data visualisation principles to ensure usability and performance
- Validate data accuracy and ensure reports meet business and technical standards
Requirements
- Strong experience as a BI Analyst/Developer/Power BI Developer
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into BI solutions
- Hands-on experience designing and building Power BI dashboards and reports
- Strong data analysis and validation skills
- Experience working in structured, delivery-focused environments
