Job Description

Combining meticulous bookkeeping skills with branch administrative experience, you will be dedicated to supporting operational excellence and delivering reliable financial management at a branch level. Focused on precision and process improvement, specializing in streamlining bookkeeping tasks and branch administrative duties to enhance accuracy and workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Financial record keeping Accounts and payable receivable Finance reporting Payroll and compliance support Audit and reconciliation Software and systems management ERP System Management: Work with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks and NetSuite. Maintain data integrity and support system upgrades or improvements. Automate and streamline financial processes where possible. Support strategic decisions through financial modelling and scenario analysis. Recommend improvements to financial processes and internal controls. Experience & Requirements: Completed Grade 12/Matric Min 2-3years in a similar role where you controlled and maintained all aspects of admin and stock within the company Good knowledge of rates and working with contracts essential. Strong financial acumen MUST reside in the JHB West / surrounding area  Remuneration: From R300K – R360K C.T.C. per annum (plus 13th and bonus) Â
