Johannesburg: Business Analysts (3 month contract)

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with 7–10 years in telecommunications IT? Specializing in OSS/BSS transformation, business process redesign, and customer journey development, you bring expertise in requirements analysis, process modelling, and stakeholder engagement across agile, hybrid, and waterfall projects. TOGAF and Microsoft Azure Architecture certified, with additional qualifications in business analysis and service design. What you’ll do: Designing end-to-end IT and integration solutions. Supporting OSS/BSS transformation and integration. Redesigning business processes, requirements, customer journeys and business cases. Producing architecture and analysis artefacts aligned with governance standards. Supporting governance boards and cross-functional delivery teams. Providing strong analytical and problem-solving capability. Your Expertise: Minimum 7–10 years of telecommunications IT delivery Participation in three (3) or more major telco transformation projects Deep telco knowledge across OSS/BSS processes Requirements analysis, process modelling and documentation capability Experience producing to-be processes, customer journeys and business cases Agile, hybrid or waterfall delivery experience Strong stakeholder engagement and elicitation skills Experience delivering or integrating solutions for wholesale telco services Qualifications: Solution Architects – Mandatory Certifications TOGAF Certification (mandatory) Microsoft Azure Architecture Certification – one of the following (mandatory): AZ-300: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies AZ-303: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies AZ-304 or AZ-305 may be accepted, but AZ-300 or Business Analysts – Mandatory Certifications At least one of the following certifications is required: IIBA ECBA, CCBA or CBAP BCS/ISEB Business Analysis Certification AgileBA Certification PSPO / CSPO (Scrum Product Owner certification) Additional desirable (not mandatory): Training in process modelling or service design Training in requirements engineering
