About the Role
The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst role at Print Outsource International is a critical position that supports the organization’s financial planning, decision-making processes, and operational efficiency by providing accurate financial analysis, insights, and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately analyse financial data and prepare comprehensive financial reports, including monthly management accounts, to support strategic decision-making and ensure financial transparency.
- Develop and refine financial models for budgeting, forecasting future performance, and cash flow forecasting. Provide actionable insights to guide the company’s financial planning and resource allocation.
- Assist in the timely preparation of monthly management accounts and develop accurate cash flow forecasts to manage liquidity effectively and plan for future financial needs.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities through detailed financial analysis. Implement strategies to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities to enhance financial performance and stability.
- Lead and support the implementation and enhancement of financial systems and technologies to improve financial data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
- Continuously measure financial performance against set objectives and KPIs. Recommend and implement improvements to financial processes and strategies to drive efficiency, profitability, and growth.
Requirements
- Degree or B.Degree (Hons) in Accounting / Financial Management
Qualifications
- CA (SA), CIMA or similar profession membership will be advantageous.
