Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sector
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Present and promote clearing and forwarding services to potential clients
- Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotations
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Liaise with operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4–6 years experience in sales within clearing and forwarding industry
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of import, export, and customs processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
