<p>An exciting opportunity for experienced Call Centre Agents has become available with this international company, overseeing their expanding South African operations based in Johannesburg.</p><p>As Call Centre Agent youll be a brand ambassador contributing towards the business objectives of the contact centre focused on trade & clientele engagement converting sales & providing superior customer service.</p><p>These roles will be servicing their USA & Canadian clientele & requires evening shifts.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p> SA National or valid work permit</p><p> Ability to work evening shifts</p><p> Youll need a strong background in hospitality reservations, sales or travel arrangements.</p><p> Matric (Grade 12) – Diploma or a degree and relevant tourism experience preferred.</p><p> Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken</p><p> Minimum two years working experience</p><p> Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</p><p><strong>Salary Offered: R15 900 + benefits + allowances</strong></p>
