Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop; ensure capacity planning; manage IT hardware resources; optimize performance and functionalities; administer user access and data security; handle version migrations, updates, and bug fixes; and recommend backup systems. Ensure capacity planning, manage hardware inventory, and maintain data quality by tuning performance and functionalities. Monitor database performance, manage data scalability, oversee backups, disaster recovery, and version migrations, and provide technical support to junior team members. Implement ITIL MIS support processes, manage IT infrastructure projects, ensure compliance with company norms, security, and licensing policies, manage contracts and SLAs, and maintain documentation of procedures and configurations. Define quality standards, develop and monitor dashboards, investigate incidents, conduct testing procedures, ensure proper backup execution and data recovery, and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to Citrix and virtualization. Qualifications: Citrix certifications (CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V) is required Masters degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred Experience: 5 years of experience in Citrix Engineering and Administration Minimum 8 years of experience in supporting ITIL Practitioner (V3) / ITIL Specialist (V4) is preferred Experience with IIS, Remote Desktop Services, WSUS, PowerShell is preferred Maintaining Microsoft systems Strong knowledge of virtualization concepts and technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) Proficient with Microsoft Server 2016, 2019, 2022 Apply NOW
