Requirements:
Work hours: 3:30 PM12:30 AM (USA hours)Reliable high-speed internet, laptop with camera/speakersBachelor`s degree (advantageous)3+ years of phone and email sales experienceDigital marketing skills (social media management)Exceptional communication and sales abilitiesDetail-oriented, self-driven, and quick learner
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales inquiries (calls/emails/RFQs)Qualify leads, close sales, and meet monthly quotasManage customer service situations requiring finesseDevelop new customer relationships and sales channelsHandle social media management (as needed)Master product knowledge (approx. 100 SKUs)Follow sales SOPs and provide exceptional service.
