Job Summary
Will be responsible for (but not limited to)1-Greeting the customers2-Checking guests in and out of the Hotel3-Maintaining guest accounts and processing guests transactions during their stay.4-Dealing with any and all special needs or requests from guests during their stay.5-Dealing with all concerned OTAs ( Online Travel Agents) for confirmation of bookings, getting payments where applicable, reconcile the invoices etc.6-Assisting with reservations for guest as and when required.
