Job Summary
Responsibilities:
1.Inventory Monitoring:Regularly monitor and track inventory levels using a warehouse management system (WMS).Ensure that stock levels are aligned with demand and organizational requirements.2.Auditing and Reconciliation:Conduct routine physical counts and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.Investigate and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.Implement corrective measures to address and prevent inventory discrepancies.3.Data Entry and Record Keeping:Accurately enter data(Scanning) into the WMS, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments.4.Compliance:Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies related to inventory handling and storage.Stay informed about industry best practices and changes in inventory management technologies.5.Housekeeping:Daily housekeeping. Make sure all bins have labels, all stock has labels and that all stock is placed on the edge of the shelve, labels facing the walkway.No clutter on floorsAll trolleys and ladders are stored in designated areas.6.CashierStanding in for the cashier when he/she is absent.
