Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and requests. Understand clients goals, brand, and industry to provide tailored social media strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions. Manage client expectations and ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations. Identify opportunities Prepare and present regular reports, proposals, and campaign reviews to clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing. Handle any client complaints or issues promptly and professionally, seeking to resolve them to the clients satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within a social media or digital marketing agency. Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. High level of professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
