Job Summary
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Strong academic background with excellent results in both high school and university. (e.g. no fails in Matric Maths, generally above 65% overall).
- Qualified CA(SA)s or qualified Lawyers
- Strong commercial mindset.
- High proficiency in English (written and verbal) and confident numeracy skills.
- Experience in leading or managing a small to mid-sized team is advantageous.
- Independent thinker with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues creatively.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Vibrant, motivated, and thrives in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with clients to make strategic decisions that align with their growth objectives.
- Provide pricing guidance for large projects and roll-outs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving service-related issues.
- Leverage client relationships to identify upsell opportunities, introduce new products or services, and re-engage dormant accounts.
- Drive revenue growth across the client base by ensuring maximum value is being delivered.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Managers and Compliance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
This is a soft-sales role that demands exceptional relationship management, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to influence and push boundaries in a respectful, commercial way. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and guide teams executing transactions for their accounts.
