Responsibilities:
Develop & Lead Growth Strategies Identify and pursue new business opportunities in rail and logistics. Financial & Cost Modeling Build and refine pricing models to support competitive tenders (65% focus). Tender & Proposal Leadership Oversee high-quality bid submissions and client presentations. Stakeholder Engagement Represent the company at industry forums and negotiate contracts. Team Collaboration Work with executives and mentor a Business Development Officer. Qualifications: BCom (Honours) or related degree (postgraduate preferred) 5 years in rail/logistics with strong financial & tender experience Advanced Excel & presentation skills Apply Now
